Real estate investing runs on three kinds of software: CRMs, lead-generation platforms, and money systems. I have built all three at scale.
At Microsoft, I worked on Dynamics CRM — the enterprise platform a generation of sales and real-estate tools was built on — optimizing its three most-used plugins. At Monster Lead Group, I modernized the architecture behind a $19M mortgage lead-generation business, enabling 2x revenue growth and a 10x customer-base expansion. And as an executive engineering leader at Green Dot (NASDAQ: GDOT), a federally-regulated bank, I directed a $300M+ P&L platform serving 200M+ accounts and billions in transactions — with zero critical PCI, SOC 2, or KYC audit findings across 3+ years.
Along the way: engineering leadership at Cynet Security (cybersecurity SaaS, ARR from $7M to $13.5M), platform decomposition at OVO Energy (the UK's largest energy provider), and M&A technology integration across 7 entities in 8 countries at Telenor. That breadth sits on a Master's degree in Economics, Accounting & Audit — I read financial claims the way an auditor does, because that is how I was trained.
